Derry City Council and Tourism Ireland to promote Donegal and Derry as a Holiday Destination. (20th August 2008)

The combined marketing efforts of Derry City Council and Tourism Ireland are to launch a website to promote the region for both City and rural holiday breaks.  The marketing effort will be accompanied by radio and newspaper advertising, driving traffic to the new website.  The target audience is the UK market and the objective of the campaign is to drive additional traffic into the region via Derry City Airport.

Tibus are to design and build the new web site while Ion Online Marketing will take care of the online promotion.
